ADDING FAMILY MEMBERS TO THE DATABASE

This section is for adding family members LIVING WITH YOU who attend Harvest Time Bible Church (even if they are temporarily away at school, mission field, or military).

In order to add family members to your Family Profile via this form, please add their names in the box below and we will add them for you. 

Please note the designations to use:

 
  -CHILD means a minor child in your home 
  -ADULT means an adult child (living at home or away at school or military); or an adult in your home you are caregiver for who attends Harvest Time Bible Church
  -HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD means either or both parents who are responsible for the decision making and/or financial gifts
  -SPOUSE means the spouse of Head of Household (if not shared)
